Robert Lawton has over 15 years’ experience dealing with personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, assaults, accidents at work and public liability claims.
He is based in Bristol, within the multi-track accident team, dealing with claims across the South West and Wales. He runs a full case load with settlement values between £25,000 and £250,000. He has experience dealing with significant injuries, such as orthopaedic injuries or psychiatric injuries.

Robert's case experience
- Settled a case for £175,000 on behalf of a client who was knocked off of his bicycle on his way to work, suffering a wedge fracture to the spine. His injuries ultimately prevented him from continuing with his employment with Transport for London.
- Secured £22,000 at trial for an employee of Network Rail, who fractured his wrist when getting off the train during a gale.
