- Secured a ÂŁ400,000 settlement for a client who suffered a fractured elbow and required surgery after a defective gate fell onto him at work. He was left with permanent neuropathic pain restricting his ability to carry out his role as a call controller and was forced to accept a role with a reduced income.Â
- Recovered ÂŁ220,000 in compensation for a client who worked for a large company with a placement outside of Europe who was injured when walking on site and tripped and fell due to the uneven road surface and poor lighting. The fall resulted in permanent damage and restriction to his shoulder.Â
