Based in the firm’s Sheffield office, Sarah’s 11-strong team take on claims for trade union members injured at work or in a public place, including “shop floor” type injuries, where the employer is liable, caused by faulty or badly maintained equipment or through slips, trips and falls. Her team has successfully gained compensation for members who have suffered fractures, broken legs, shoulder injuries, broken arms or severe hand lacerations through accidents at work.
Sarah’s team also deals with claims up to £25,000 for trade union members involved in road traffic accidents, suffering a range of injuries from whiplash to burns and scarring.
Committed to delivering excellent client care, Sarah leads her team with commitment and enthusiasm. She will ensure the smooth and effective running of the process and that all claims are legally compliant.
Sarah is an expert litigator, with 21 years’ experience of supporting clients, including children, injured in road traffic accidents.
