Glen runs the Stoke office for the firm, having joined Thompsons as a partner at the end of 2020 from Irwin Mitchell and, before that, Shoosmiths.  

Glen has always worked for injured people in his 20-plus years managing teams of personal injury lawyers - always striving to deliver excellent client care and service.

An early convert to the paperless office in 2006, Glen uses a positive work culture and innovative ways of working to continuously improve service delivery for his clients and ensure that his team does so too.

Glen is committed to building on the firm’s commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and client care for all clients, and for union legal schemes.

When he isn’t motivating his team, Glen trains and (occasionally) plays rugby, cycles and runs.
