Staff from Thompsons Solicitors’ Bristol and Cardiff offices are raising funds for Cerebral Palsy Plus and Headway Bristol
A team from Thompsons Solicitors is due to take part in a five kilometre charity colour run in Bristol on 17 May in aid of local charities.
The Colour Vibe event, held at the Washing Pool Farm in East Compton, Bristol will see participants run the five kilometre route while getting blasted at colour stations along the way.
The five-strong team from Thompsons Solicitors’ medical negligence and serious injury teams are raising funds for charities Cerebral Palsy Plus and Bristol Headway.
Cerebral Palsy Plus is a Bristol based charity supporting children and adults with cerebral palsy. Headway Bristol works to improve life after brain injury for people living in the Bristol area.
Madeleine Pinschof, a senior clinical negligence solicitor based in Thompsons Solicitors’ Bristol office and trustee for Cerebral Palsy Plus, said: “The colour run is a great opportunity for ‘Team Thompsons’ to raise awareness and fundraise for these worthwhile causes, while enjoying a great day with fellow fundraisers.
“Both Headway and Cerebral Palsy Plus are causes which are particularly important to some of our clients and they provide invaluable services, care and support to clients and their families post injury or diagnosis, and long term.
“Next week will see Action for Brain Injury Week take place and ahead of the awareness week we look forward to racing for both Cerebral Palsy Plus and Headway Bristol and raising some vital funds in the process.”
