Likely increase in redundancies

A new report from the conciliation agency has found that more people are likely to lose their job next year, particularly those who work in big organisations.

Detrimental effect

When trying to prove a loss as a result of having brought a tribunal claim, claimants do not have to show that the loss was specifically financial or corporeal.

Distorted finding

An appeal court has overturned the decision of a tribunal on the basis that some of its main findings conflicted with one another and did not therefore add up.
