Disability pay gap narrows

Recent research has found that the pay differences for workers with an impairment compared with those without an impairment has reduced in the last two years.

Allegations of bias

In order to prove that a court was prejudiced against them, appellants have to show that a reasonable third party would not have come to the same decision.

Materially different

As long as a tribunal gave reasonable grounds for its decision, anyone appealing against it on the grounds that it was not sufficient is unlikely to succeed.
