More rights needed for zero-hours workers

A new study has found that although some casual contracts suit workers who want to be flexible, others find they are very unfair in the way that they operate.

State immunity

If the tasks carried out by workers who work for a foreign state are not private, then tribunals in this country cannot intervene if they want to bring a claim.

Permanent does not mean forever

Although perpetually might seem to indicate that a term in a contract should last forever, employers still have the right to give notice to end the contract.
