This government is pushing through laws to diminish the rights of workers to take action against their employers, although the current protection is inadequate.

A tribunal has held that when considering claims alleging wrongdoing on the part of employers, employees must also consider the way in which they expose it.

When potential claimants take the decision to lodge a tribunal claim, they must ensure that they familiarise themselves with all the relevant cut-off dates.
