The international union organisation has published a number of guides for representatives to enable them to contribute to policy debates on top level issues.

Fundamental breach

If a tribunal decides that there has been a breach of trust, then according to the rules that apply to violating a contract, it cannot be anything but serious.

Legal privilege

According to the rules that apply to the confidentiality of the client lawyer relationship, they do not cover disclosure of information to a non-legal advisor.
