Rejection of menopause recommendations

The government has rejected most of the proposals made last year by a parliamentary committee to improve the rights of women going through menopause.

Future claims included

Although workers may challenge an agreement made with their employer at the time of dismissal, their chances of success depend on the wording of the document.

The courts have found yet again that a tried and tested system for collecting union membership fees is not only legal, but the union has the right to intervene.
