Protection of human rights at work

A parliamentary panel is asking for views from interested parties on whether workers in the UK are able to enjoy adequate rights and freedoms in the workplace.

When considering cases that involve working out appropriate recompense for workers, tribunals must ensure that all the relevant paperwork is available to them.

Although employers are under a legal obligation to make adaptations for workers in certain circumstances, they have to know in advance that they are needed.
