The UK’s official statistical body has found that levels of illness from work are at an all-time high, with some workers more prone to falling ill than others.
In order to help tribunals work out how much money to award a worker as compensation, the appeal tribunal has set out a list of questions for them to answer.
When calculating the minimum pay owed to a worker, tribunals must take note of what is stated in the person’s contract, as opposed to the hours they have worked.
