National charity United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF) organises a variety of conferences and workshops for organisations that support the charity and for those with an acquired brain injury and their families. Its aims are to educate people about acquired brain injuries (ABI) and campaign for better treatment and rehabilitation services in the UK.Â
We have long supported UKABIF in its campaigning and sponsored UKABIF brain injury campaigns focusing on younger people living with an ABI. We have also attended the All Party Parliamentary Group for Acquired Brain Injury.
Members of our serious injury team actively work with the charity, including its regional acquired brain injury forums and in a key role on the UKABIF national committee.
Brain injuries are serious and often life-changing, leaving the survivors and their families in considerable distress. UKABIF hopes to improve services for these groups so they aren’t alone after suffering an ABI, and as a firm we know the importance of that support and are committed to work with them in that aim.
Our brain injury experts are always at hand to help with signposting you to support services such as UKABIF when making a compensation claim.Â
